CANCELLATION BY YOU

You may cancel your registration for a class for a full refund up to ten business days before the class is scheduled. To cancel your registration and receive a full refund, you must e-mail us by 6 am on the tenth business day before the class is scheduled. Within ten business days of the class, you may cancel your registration and receive a full credit towards any other class we offer. To cancel your registration and receive a full credit toward any other class we offer, you must e-mail us by 6 am on the day the class is scheduled. After sending us an e-mail to cancel your registration, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement from us within 24 hours that we have received your cancellation. Because e-mail delivery between you and us is not entirely within our control, it is your responsibility to contact us by phone after 24 hours if you have not received a cancellation confirmation. If without giving notice as described above you fail to attend a class for which you have registered, you will not be entitled to a refund.

 

The refund will be issued in the same manner as the original payment: If you paid by cash, check, or money order, you will receive a check; if you used PayPal, you will be issued a credit through PayPal.

CANCELLATION BY COGAN AND COMPANY

Cogan and Company reserves the right to cancel classes for undersubscription or any other reason. If class is cancelled by Cogan and Company for any reason, you will receive a full refund. The refund will be issued in the same manner as the original payment: If you paid by cash, check, or money order, you will receive a check; if you used PayPal, you will be issued a credit through PayPal.
