If you use PayPal to pay for your purchases from us, PayPal will confirm your account with them and verify your name, e-mail address, billing address, and the total amount of your order. From time to time, we may use an outside service bureau or subcontractor to service your account. In that case, the subcontractor or service bureau will be bound by an agreement not to divulge your personal information or use it for any purpose other than to service your Cogan and Company account.

 

If subpoenaed by a court of law, we may be required to turn over company records, including information about our customers.
